An annual activity held along the shore of Sto. Niño, Sagñay, Camarines Sur every April 15-17, the highlight of which include Bikini Watch, Beach Disco & Ballroom Danciug, Beer Plaza & Concert of the Bands, Beach Sports competition, Float Parade, Street Dancing Competition, among others.

Kadahoman Festival

Kadahoman came from the Bicolano term “dahom” meaning attractive or decent. This was first organized in 2005 to showcase the undiscovered town of Lagonoy and to boost its tourism and business potentials. The event will feature a myriad of activities such as trade, crafts and agricultural fairs. Home-grown merchandises made from native materials will be highlighted such as the nipa or “karagumoy’’ and “tiger-grass”. The materials needed in order to make a soft-broom. It has been noted that Lagonoy is the principal of “tigergrass” to the makers of the “walis tambo ” of Northern Luzon and other parts of Central Luzon. Tumatarok Festival

Minalabac is a town in Camarines Sur, the Bikol’s premier province, with a rich cultural and historical significance.

Historically, the town is one of the oldest pueblos in Camarines. It is blessed with the presence of Bikol River that has served as an important transport system for people and their farm products.

Latest archaeological findings reveal that Minalabac is one of the early settlements where trade and commerce flourished during the pre-Hispanic period. Then there is the annual Tumatarok Festival, a colorful event held every May 11, (which is today).
