The Coron Reefs is located at Coron Bay, the body of water surrounded by Busuanga, Coron and Culion Islands, collectively known as the Calamian Group of Islands. It is found on the northern portion of Palawan near the town of Coron. Coron reef is comprised of seven enchanting lakes surrounded by craggy limestone cliffs. Considered as one of the beautiful natures, the Coron Reef is flocked many local and foreign tourist everyday.

Coron Reef is tied with the World War II when Philippines was occupied by Japanese, in which sea battles occurs in the Island of Palawan as the US Navy liberated the Philippines. The war resulted into a number of sunken Japanese shipwrecks sunk on the sea. This made the TEC divers and snorkelers visit the area and explore the shipwrecks that entombed in the sea.
