PALONG FESTIVAL

Celebrated in Capalonga, Camarines Norte every May 10-13 of the year, this festival is highlighted by street dancing and agro-industrial fair as an expression of gratitude by the local folks. The palong (rooster comb) signifies the abundant presence of rooster in the locality. This festival is also celebrated together with the Feast Day of the Black Nazarene.

This festival is highlighted by a street dancing and agro-industrial fair. Palong festival shows the gratitude of the locals for the abundance as signified by a rooster.
