Monaliza Resort  was established in 1980 as a small surfing resort. It is a 12-room hacienda-style accommodation on Urbiztondo Beach. The resort features dorm guest rooms that can sleep five to ten people, in addition to beachfront rooms with a balcony that can accommodate two to four people. Monaliza Resort also offers surf lessons and surfboard rentals. San Juan Surf Resort features five types of accommodations, an on-site restaurant and bar, a gym, a billiard room, a surf shop, surf school and surfing rentals. All resort guests receive complimentary breakfast for two. Sebay Surf Resort offers three different room styles that accommodate three to ten people. Each guest room has its own bathroom, and some have views of the beach from a private veranda. Amenities include two restaurants, a gentleman’s club, a karaoke bar, a gaming room, surfboard rentals and surfing lessons. The Little Surfmaid Resort features an on-site restaurant and bar, surf lessons and board rentals.
