The Small Lagoon is another must-see attraction in El Nido with its orchid-lined limestone walls and bountiful marine life. With its tranquil turquoise-green waters, the Small Lagoon is a favorite destination for tourists visiting El Nido.  Read More:     http://osmiva.com/2013/06/tourist-attractions-in-palawan-philippines/

You have to swim and enter a small opening between the rocks. Inside the lagoon, a jaw-dropping scenery awaits! I had goosebumps admiring the view! It was paradise. It made me want to stay there forever. OA? Haha! I swear I will go back to this place! There was a cave there that you cannot enter if it’s high tide because the entrance will be submerged in water. Now the special surprise. If you go right to the other side of the Small Lagoon, which isn’t very far, you can go into a small entranceway that leads to a water-filled cave. It’s completely enclosed, but over the centuries, rainwater seeping through the cracks has made a skylight with some amazing limestone shapes and formations to stare up at.

Still, this is just a cool aside. The place you’ll want to spend the most time at is the Small Lagoon. One of the people on our tour remarked that the tour would have been worth it just to see that one lagoon. And she was Irish, so you know it must be REALLY good.  Read more :  https://asiatravelbug.net/2013/05/03/el-nido-island-hopping-tour-a-2/
